Load Planning and Load Confirmation

Open Load Planning Module

Choose “With Service”

Then enter the Location, Terminal, Service, Vessel, Voyage, and Bound, and select the

“show” button then records will show up below.

Select the records

Scroll down, you can choose Next Port with same voyage or Next Port with different voyage.

Enter the Service then click “ADD” button and the records will show up below.

Select the records then click “Nominate” button.

Once Nominated, you can now proceed with Load Confirmation. Open Load Confirmation module. Enter the service and click “SHOW” button and the records will show up below.

Select the records to load confirm and click the “Load Confirmation” button.
