How To Add WTH in Invoice Module?
Open Bill of Lading Module and Click Invoice or directly open Invoice Module.
Invoice Module will be open on another Tab.
To add Withholding Tax amount, click Additional Charges Tab.
** On the above table you can see the total invoice amount (Vat Inclusive + DOC) Php 19,020.00.
On the additional charge tab, fill up all field then click Add button
Amount should be input in “Rate” field is negative.
Formula to get Withholding Tax: = ((Total Invoice Amount – DOC) / 1.12)*0.02
Example: ((19020-20)/1.12)*0.02 = Php 339.29
Once added it will add a new line on the table
You will notice that the total invoice amount above is updated.
From Php 19,020.00 minus Php 339.29 = Php ₱18,680.71
Once you click Save, you will notice that the line will be highlighted in yellow meaning it is still in “Draft” status.
Click Edit to Change Status from “Draft” to “Issued” and Click again the Save button.
It will change now to color Green.
To print the invoice output form, click the print icon above.
Once click, you will have three options.
As requested from before Go-Live there will be two options to print the invoice.
