Check the BL Status

To check the BL status, open the OPERATION LIST VIEW module. Search the service voyage then select LOAD then the records will show up.

Select the dots (columns) on the right side in order for you to sort out the records.

Uncheck all the boxes except for the BL Number and BL Status and you can now check the BL status on the record fields.

You can also access BOOKING & BL RECONCILIATION MODULE to check the booking and BL status. You can choose the type when you search either by vessel, by sail date, or by booking date. Range the date from and then click the SHOW button.

You can sort the record by selecting the columns on the right side and just check the boxes for BL number, Booking status, and BL status. It will help you to just see the necessary columns for reports.
