How to Search Ticket?


What is Back Office?
All transactions done by tellers and cashiers can be accessed through the Back Office Module. Passage, Cargo and Cashier transactions can be managed through this module.
How to Search Ticket?
Visit Backoffice site;
https://passage.starliteferries.com/login/auth?rd=%2Fbackoffice%2Fprep
Select Passage

Select route by clicking on Change Route.
Select departure date by clicking on Change Date.
Select voyage by clicking on Change Schedule.
Input at least one of the following filters (click More to see all filters) --- Ticket No, Receipt No, Reference No, Passenger First Name, Passenger Last Name.
Click the Search button.
Once search results appear, you can execute various actions by selecting the
passenger and clicking on Action - <desired action>.
Search by Booking Date
Select booking date.
Input at least one of the following filters (click More to see all filters) --- Booking Office, Passenger First Name, Passenger Last Name, Receipt No, Ticket No, and Reference No.
You can also filter by ticket status ( Pending, Confirmed, Refunded, Void , Cancelled) by clicking on its corresponding button.
Click the Search button.
Once search results appear, you can execute various actions by selecting the passenger and clicking on Action - <desired action>.
